Advanced Lubrication
Technology
Engineered to Protect. Built to Perform.
Full Synthetic
Motor Oil
Unlike conventional oils refined directly from crude petroleum, full synthetic motor oils are engineered at the molecular level. Their uniform molecular structure delivers more consistent viscosity behavior across a wider temperature range — from cold-start conditions to sustained high-temperature operation.
This molecular precision means fewer impurities, greater oxidation resistance, and a more stable lubricating film under the extreme pressures found inside modern engines — particularly turbocharged, direct-injection, and high-output powerplants.
VYRON full synthetic formulations are built on high-quality synthetic base stocks combined with a carefully selected additive package designed to address the demands of contemporary engine designs and manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules.
Four Pillars of Performance
Advanced Wear Protection
Full synthetic base oils form a tenacious molecular film between metal surfaces, reducing friction and mechanical wear during cold starts and high-load operation — supporting engine protection under manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules.
Thermal Stability
Engineered to resist viscosity breakdown at elevated temperatures, synthetic lubricants maintain a consistent protective film even under sustained high-heat conditions common in turbocharged and performance engines.
Fuel Efficiency
Lower internal friction translates directly into reduced parasitic energy loss. Optimized viscosity grades are formulated to support fuel economy objectives without compromising engine protection.
Engine Durability
Robust additive chemistry helps neutralize combustion by-products, control sludge formation, and maintain cleaner engine internals — supporting long-term mechanical integrity across a wide range of operating conditions.
Quality & Performance Standards
Motor oil performance is defined by internationally recognized standards bodies. Understanding these frameworks helps you select the correct lubricant for your engine's requirements.
American Petroleum Institute
The API Service Category system defines minimum performance requirements for engine oils. API SQ is the newest gasoline engine oil service category; API SP was the previous category and remains widely referenced. Diesel engine oils are covered under CK-4 and FA-4 designations. VYRON products are formulated to meet applicable API service requirements. Specific licensing or certification status will be confirmed upon completion of manufacturer documentation.
International Lubricant Standardization and Approval Committee
ILSAC GF-7 is the newest passenger-car motor oil standard, co-developed by ASTM International and the major automakers; ILSAC GF-6 was the previous standard and remains in active use. GF-7 builds on GF-6 requirements for low-speed pre-ignition (LSPI) protection, timing chain wear, and fuel economy — all critical considerations for modern turbocharged direct-injection engines. VYRON product label specifications reflect the applicable standard at time of manufacture.
Society of Automotive Engineers
SAE viscosity grades (0W-20, 5W-20, 5W-30, 5W-40, 10W-30) define the low-temperature pumpability and high-temperature viscosity characteristics of an engine oil. Selecting the correct SAE grade for your vehicle's operating conditions is the first step in proper lubrication.
The standards descriptions above are provided for informational purposes. Specific certification claims, approval listings, and test results for VYRON products will be published upon completion of manufacturer documentation. Always consult your vehicle owner's manual for the recommended viscosity grade and service category.
